Tino Sorge visits the University Medicine Magdeburg

On September 3, 2024, Tino Sorge, health policy spokesman for the CDU/CSU parliamentary group, visited the Institute for Cognitive Neurology and Dementia Research together with representatives of DAK and Lilly Germany. Institute director Prof. Emrah Düzel led the visitors through the memory clinic and presented the MR-PET device. The guests also gained insights into the latest research activities, including those within the framework of the Cognitive Vitality initiative. The exchange also focused on current developments in Alzheimer's dementia research, the importance of early diagnosis and the use of digital technologies to improve patient care.
